cant pay at airasia and threadless website using amex

got pop-up said my cc has been blocked. actually it is not. Coz i can use it at retails store counter. i dont know why my amex cant be use for online payment. so end up using mastercard for online payment.

i realy want to use amex as the treat point is higher than using mastercard.

can use at counter doesnt mean that card not blocked..
maybe only block for online transaction..
call CS and ask them the status of your card

Not really. Have tried just now at petronas langkawi, both pump and counter reject the transaction. But when I use master to try, no problems.... So , I think only petronas at klang valley accept amex.

Maybe the upgrade has not gone up north....

Sorry again, any penang guy here know where can reload TnG as SenQ QBM had decline no more accept it.

Someone reported in MBB 2 Thread few weeks ago that TNB Shah Alam accept AMEX credit cards. And, I was in TNB Shah Alam section 11 this morning to reconfirm this report and I am happy to inform you that - YES, you can use AMEX at TNB Shah Alam Section 11.
