I dont think Emerald 9 or the affordable project offer such connectivity.

I agree with LTG. The USP of being direct connected to MRT not many completed in the market today except for Saville Cheras (no 2 bedroom unit here) along the Cheras to Kajang MRT line.

You mean TTDI Ascencia? Nope is just next door but no direct connection to the MRT station.

I heard it is allowable to sell your "booking" to another interested party. At an agreable fees between both party of course.

Bomba minimum requirement for corridor width is 4ft.
Newly completed project with such minimum requirement is The Zizz @ Damansara Damai. Also a price tag from 400k range service apartment.

Just get to know Minest Residence, not walkable to any LRT/MRT station, but bearing KL address. Yet priced competitively offering close to 7 ft corridor width for bebas unit and close to 6 ft corridor width for their rumahwip component.

Block B highly unlikely to get that anymore after 30 Jun 19.

Why this 893 sqft (3 bedroom) x laku compare to the bigger 1033 sqft (4 bedroom)?

So price increased 5% effective this morning?
