There is affordable housing in E9, next to Youcity. 1800 units.
*
Direct link meaning rain, thunderstorm, hot sun, etc also you can comfortably walk back to your unit.
I dont think Emerald 9 or the affordable project offer such connectivity.

Direct link project: Saville Cheras, Aster, Parkland, EkoCheras, and YouCity 3 (if direct connection is link into the development straight).

Non direct link but still within 500 meter walkable distance: Netizen, You Vista, Nexus Taman Pertama, Arte Cheras, Emerald 9, etc can refer: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=90584742

I agree with LTG. The USP of being direct connected to MRT not many completed in the market today except for Saville Cheras (no 2 bedroom unit here) along the Cheras to Kajang MRT line.

Fully book only. Not sold out. Do read back previous reply here.
Can queue for dropout units.
Can buy the "booking" from another buyer.

5 feet corridor will pose as danger during fire evacuation, due to narrow corridor, evacuation time will slow down.

Bomba minimum requirement for corridor width is 4ft.
Newly completed project with such minimum requirement is The Zizz @ Damansara Damai. Also a price tag from 400k range service apartment.

Just get to know Minest Residence, not walkable to any LRT/MRT station, but bearing KL address. Yet priced competitively offering close to 7 ft corridor width for bebas unit and close to 6 ft corridor width for their rumahwip component.
Stated in the sales kit here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/58phm0y5vkqtc7q/M...%20V39.pdf?dl=0

Bebas unit is 4xxK for 1050 sqft unit
Rumahwip is 300k for 822 sqft unit.

Too bad they dint disclose the ceiling height. If not able to compare further since got discussion over both issues for YouCity3 in the past pages.

plus HOC benefits for Block A purchasers. stamp duty exemption. that itself is big saving.
Block B highly unlikely to get that anymore after 30 Jun 19.

QUOTE(diners @ Jun 16 2019, 11:36 AM)
One of the SA texted me the below this morning,

“Hi Good Morning, Just done sales meeting. Start from tomorrow Monday (17/06) *Youcity 3* will increase price around 5% due to exceed sales 85% sold out.”

And only left Type B. Type C and A all sold out.
And also left those facing MRT/highway due to noise + sunset side.
*
So price increased 5% effective this morning?
Confirm?
