No idea. Will lose the depo if you are not able to settle the remaining balance within 90/120 days.

Or best is to check with subsale agent whether got successful sale and bank is still giving out loan without problem.

Another thing is it is not walkable-friendly to the MRT station as compare to the other 2 projects with direct connection to the MRT station.
Emerald 9 rely on a so call "proposed" walkway which may not materialized.

The walking distance also need to factor in. YouVista is considered far enough. And this is further down after YouVista.

Or can just queue for loan reject units from 2 bedroom unit.
That if the developer is willing to open queue for that.

Or wait for the next Block to launch. At a higher price expected especially the 2 bedroom unit. Since is so hot.

Do take not of OSK this developer. Untrustworthy.
Early bird buyer of YouVista (Phase 2) not only got cheated with the "proposed" link bridge. Now the "proposed" Atria Mall also turn into normal commercial shop lots.

Registrar caveat plus also a private caveat on the land:
