Rsku small matter doesnt share faciluties. Congrats to your purchase. U3 and E9 are both my wishlist TOD freehold residence. Mind sharing reason of thoughts to get E9?
The 890sqf layout i like the most. Sadly only gives 1cp. |

Yeah, if you are saying carpark U3 wins hands down 2 carpark SIDE BY SIDE.
1033sqf high floors (limited units) 3 carparks SIDE BY SIDE, and BY SIDE (again). Freehold carparks some more.. lol |
