i think GCL sure will do so... haha... put a branch there to instill confidence to the prospective tenants... emerald 9 have direct entrance from jalan cheras while youcity 3 nearer to mrt station... both have their own advantage... its about whose tenant prospects stronger already... i believe alot willing to work with Hong Leong group than OSK....

aster with HTC + leasehold... similar pricing... one station away only... more than 80% sold ma... on paper sure alot more prefer this one currently... but dunno why... doesnt see the hype here as compared to aster...

emerald 9 doing similar cheque collection activity also... they now have more than 70% of the units locked by cheque already after just 3 weeks...
