if bumi reserved unit then can only be sold to bumi.... with consent from the MB i think.

even leasehold land also u need consent from MB be it bumi or non bumi... thts my understanding la...might be wrong tho

You residence are fully sold out. The marketing sms are mainly on the previously "unreleased" bumi lots now available to everyone and also the bigger units.
