collected the keys. wasnt really happy with the workmanship...
but even more disappointed with the location where they fix the phone and also powerbox! and can anyone give me any idea how are you going to install your water heater and aircond piping from the indoor unit to outdoor unit? you cant hack and conceal the wall because of the way they build it (using concrete slab).... i hv got 2 lists full of defects... not happy at all |

I hope I m wrong but i foresee that once the VP is out...given the economy condition now, many will rush to rent out their unit out at whatever cost.
But to uphold and to protect your property in the long run please 1) DO NOT rent out your unit at a price which is too low as that will attract different market segment. it is abit sensitive to elaborate here but i think you guys know what i m referring; and, 2) DO NOT rent out to foreigner without a proper working permit. Illegal foreigner might spawn and you might not like it. Of course this is only my personal opinion. and it takes the unity of all the owner to achieve this which is unfortunately, never easy.
