balloting is always fair... it is like lucky draw.

unless u r saying their staff get to choose whole others need to ballot

The layout is the same (almost) for every floor.... so it is the same for every floor... the best i would say level 1 or 2, as i dont hv to turn all the way up till pening to reach your car park...i reckon tht i ll need to take about 5 mins just to get into my parking lots from GF

I hope I m wrong but i foresee that once the VP is out...given the economy condition now, many will rush to rent out their unit out at whatever cost.

But to uphold and to protect your property in the long run please
1) DO NOT rent out your unit at a price which is too low as that will attract different market segment. it is abit sensitive to elaborate here but i think you guys know what i m referring; and,
2) DO NOT rent out to foreigner without a proper working permit. Illegal foreigner might spawn and you might not like it.

Of course this is only my personal opinion. and it takes the unity of all the owner to achieve this which is unfortunately, never easy.
