The planning for mont kiara is totally different with this you city, huge plot of plan at mont kiara and the developer has the plan not only built the condos but also international school, commercials...you city just a small scale project compare to whole.mont kiara township

Not sure what would be the market like.. family from the landed houses around there?
Or maybe ppl move out from Venice Hill behind?

Subsales already started....with client asking to sell....psf range 650psf to 720psf....that about 60% gain.....before gst....before vp......after mrt ready....800psf?

Generally the market very quiet.. everyday receive few SMS for new launch / re-launch / "cheap sales" .. etc
So called "got price, but no deal / transaction" (cantonese saying, yao karr mou shi)
The main reason is buyer can't get loan.. too bad. doh.gif

should be 7 floor, upper floor like parking lot sharing resident and mall visitor.
