i think velocity is 1200, not 1000 psf. 1000psf is first phase price, launched like 2 years ago....

I happened to find a duplex of You Vista 2pm yesterday. It is a loan reject unit.
It is at around RM63xk before discount (after discount ~RM590k).
If you are interested, pls go with your cheque book.

Phase 1 You Residence only left penhouse.
Phase 2 You Vista still has units left. You can visit their show units. Show units quite nice.
Phase 3 has been revised and will only have 1 tower which is a soho. Phase 3 retail shopping mall will be managed by PJD and not open for sales. Launching date will be end of this year or early next year.

Market is slow. Even Vista got units available. I remember during launching many unit were snapped up like buying kacang putih.. Suddenly now so many drop out units...

you city is one of the project got full refund of booking 10k if the purchaser fail to obtain loan, so a lot ppl try their luck pay 10k and apply loan. if fail oso no loss

Yes, the site location is at the sale office. Not sure about the bumi units cox didnt ask.

How much will the you palace psf might be. Should be 10% compare you vista right?
