then after another decade u oso duno which phone to buy, cz new phones are coming out every quarter. for example now the new trend will be galaxy note, but u'll think that "ah! ipo®n 5 is coming up! lets wait". then when ipo®n 5 is out, u'll say "eh, galaxy s3 is on the road in few months"  doh.gif

suggestion: choose one, aim it, forget about others. dun regret and look back at the price. the value of IT products will never appreciate but always depreciate wif a crazy rate

if want to get future proof smartphone, as long as dualcore phone, it should be future proof for the next 5 years..

+1 android cant utilise dual core to full potential yet, so i think 2 yrs later dual core will still be very gud, by then android sure can utilise the dual core to full.

I thought the same thing too. With SGS II you can still feel the "hollowness" inside.
Somehow I prefer plastic unibody over metal unibody now.Plastic gives a much better grip.

Browsing is pretty good.I didn't see anything weird with the webkit page rendering with the slightly weird resolution.
Looked more or less same with Android default browser in SGS II.

too bad nokia gonna discontinue meego... cry.gif it looks like it has potential

newbie here, do i need to install antivirus software found in android market?

U dunt need an antivirus unless u dl those *AHEM* apps. Antivirus only hog ur phone resources and eat up ur battery.

If u insist on an antivirus, then lookout mobile security shud be fine. biggrin.gif personally i dont use antiviruses

Ok..situation like this..When I press snap, the camera will delay a while to capture, then it takes quite long time to ready for another pic..that mean it freeze at the previous snapped picture for a round 3 sec..I notice this is longer than previously..Not sure is it ROM related..
*
My camera same as you, got delay after capture a pic. I dun tink is rom related, cuz every rom i use like that.

Yeah speedmod disable all logging for better batt life. These apps need i think android_logger to work. Look out for Siyah kernel 1.4. He is going to enable some of these logging for users that need these apps.

Then i really dont know why your facebook keep waking up.  blink.gif Try uninstall and reinstall if you restore it from Titanium backup.
*
i using cf-root kernel now drool.gif cuz i need that protector app, and ninpo kernel give me auto reboot issues, cfroot kernel never giv this sort of issues. ragemod same as speedmod? no logging?
