That's normal if you're updating through kies. I always have to try multiple times before it finally updated yawn.gif

There's no way around it (as far as I know) if you want to use kies. just have to be patient I guess.
Some people said it will wipe some say no. I always do full backup so nothing was wipe.

most user got the pink spot prob if not so serious its nothing to worry about.
For me it only appears if I'm taking picture indoors in low day light and most visible on white background only. No problem in artificial light.

no. thought about it at first but to lazy to go to all the hassle plus it didn't bother me at all. been taking pics using my SGS2 since I got it. all pics taken are perfect, no pink spot detected.
