Untick start at boot for the voltage. Reboot see if it increases back. If not reboot again.

oh ok one more thing, last night my battery from 54% to 39%... i'll do a battery calibration today, as last night only a few wakelocks, i gotta feeling is my battery indictor inaccurate.

Haih. I really do not know what to do about your batt drain. Maybe you can consider try other rom and see if it is still the same.

erm, any other interesting or noticeable changes on KI2 beside disabling the use of JIG?

Yes but by default it is not undervolted unless u use setcpu/script to undervolt. You got the correct voltage or not? If not I restart device to get for you.

Remember after battery calibration, do 1-2 full charge and I think your battery will be better. Sometimes cos too much of trying roms etc can cause battery go nuts.

after i drain batt to 0%, do i need to charge it while it is off or on?

The official KI4 does not. However, you can download the KI4 firmware from Intratech's thread in XDA where he removed the bootloader to allow usage of the jig. Alternatively, i think he posted just the bootloader removal in case you already updated.
