Just updated my galaxy s2 firmware, noticed got chinese input now, any other new features added in new firmware??

I am using DG smart plan now, sometimes my data packet has no connection, I mean I only see the green arrow blinking while orange one is not.
I have to restart my S2 then I only can get back my data connected, so it a Digi problem or S2 problem? anyone can advise me? thank you. |

Just replace my cheapo RM10 screen protector with SGP Ultra Optics, the quality is suberb! anti-fingerprint plus high clarity, I see no noise now.
