Wonder how do i do the unifi cabling upfront since i am now doing wiring and unifi is not available there yet....if later on, telekom need to pull from where, it will be ugly....

i got a letter from mdks for cukai taksiran baru as i have an extension at the back, anybody have this letter? how to appeal? how do i check the original cukai tahunan value?
in the letter, it just say nilai tahunan baru bcos for extension.... |

anybody know after dec, the security guard service ends? as i recalled, we only paid till dec for their service...if extended on demand, take bromelia for example, only 10 resident, how much per month?
