also, i saw a banner for BSC Waterfront shop for rental at the site of shoplots, is there a waterfront in bsc? something like desa park city? ie a row of shop and a man made lake??? thats good if it is....how much rental there?

i got a letter from mdks for cukai taksiran baru as i have an extension at the back, anybody have this letter? how to appeal? how do i check the original cukai tahunan value?

in the letter, it just say nilai tahunan baru bcos for extension....

Ok, about the value, mine 6k nilai tahunan baru, bromelia...not sure how to check...or they simply put as they like...

you can buy standard plan for kitchen extension at the back, awning, fence up, each RM50. ie RM150.

Penalty if you didnt apply permit (for above example) RM 150 x 10 times = RM 1500

it is very simple plan, MDKS no ppl, no need Q, 1 hour kaotim. Bring along your spa copy and CF copy.

if your reno is out of standard plan, you need arkitek (mdks can provide also).

Forgot to mention, balcony upstair is NOT allowed to extend at all. if you did, you will need to tear it down or arkitek's drawing.

Internal all can as long the structure u didnt hack, awning can buy standard plan from mdks, i did for bromelia, can extend till front gate, however i only need 8feets, so no issue. At the back, didnt ask as i bought standard kitchen plan that covers the roof. No need to be so worry,been to the kawalan bangunan unit, they are all very friendly...

Just fyi, mdks building is next to bangunan umno, on ur left main road....no ppl one...

bromelia now has 10 resident....4 chinese, 4 malays, 2 indian.....and 2 taska !

anybody know after dec, the security guard service ends? as i recalled, we only paid till dec for their service...if extended on demand, take bromelia for example, only 10 resident, how much per month?

launching price for duranta / bromelia 328-368k, take 368 - 500 (market price now) = 132 x 30% = 40k to government....3% to agent = 15K, i only earn 77k....so little.....
