You are smart, got every thing in writing. May I know which MDKS officer in-charge? There seems to be certain desk officers for Bandar Seri Coalfields. They put me to Yati when I mention Sg. Buloh. Is she the one you sms to? I hope to get to the actual officer in charge. Thanks.

This is what i mean

item 7-10 is the processing fee you need to pay, where item 9-10 is refundable upon completion of reno.

all items can be paid credit card, except 9-10 has to be cash !

you also need this surat kebenaran from jiran before you start reno, they dont hv specific letter for trees, so i was told this one is included for all kebenaran...so they wont complain...

http://www.mdks.gov.my/documents/10124/519...NARAN+JIRAN.pdf

for dog, there is a specific letter, which i cant find it here....you need to go take a copy RM2 per form / permit....

I have the opposing problem: All fans in Banyan are in the middle. Fans in the middle is not good for my semi-d Banyan. We want to arrange the bed to be closer to one side but find  the fan a bit too far away. Also in the hall, the fan is right in the middle of the width of the hall. Must put sofa in the middle. For me, I prefer to sit closer to the windows for air and light so it becomes a problem. Need 60" fan for wider outreach. I also need to put the air-cons nearer to where my sitting/lying positions are to compensate for that.

So I guess if furniture is following the fan position, it will be resolved. Well, if fans are too close to vertical walls, dust and micro-organisms from the wall will be easily loosen and fall onto the bed or breathed in. Not  good for health. Can be considered as a design fault. Should raise with KLK.

Sorry guys noob here. What is the difference between BPP loan and normal home loan? or are they the same?
*
from maybank FAQ

1. What is this new service all about ?
Perbendaharaan Malaysia is providing an alternative electronic payment channel for government employees and ex-employees such as those from the Police and Armed Forces to repay loans taken from Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan (BPP).
The repayments include monthly or full/half settlement, MRTA and fire insurance.
The online payment directly debits the savings / current account number of the payee.

2. Who is eligible to use this service?
All government servants who are servicing housing loans from Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan (BPP) can use this service.
