Have u found ppl installing aircond for u?

For me. It's more convenient to ask the installer to advice where to place the air cond blower and condenser, how many hp need for which room or hall, then ask them get the aircond for u.

If u already comparing prices, u can tell if the installer got mark up the price or not

Ask them which brands give less problem, which are better, etc.

They have more experience than aircond salesmen.

Wah... Saw today a few more Bayan semi-ds undergoing renovation. Installing new gate and air conds, deco porch lamp, and one doing landscaping. Look like they are moving in fast.

I manage to catch up with a few of the contractor that renovating some houses in Bromelia. 2 houses has done tiling and built a waist height wall on to the balcony. They assure no problem supporting the extra weight from the concrete + human on it.
