Ok uniglo. count you in.

If got insider info share-share ah.

You bought for investment, I suppose.

First favour to ask, you know what is the breakdown among races for Phase 1 purchasers?

Just curious to see the trend.

I am pretty optimistic BSC will appreciate in price in future. I myself bought their Desa Coalfields (same developer) in 2005. That time selling at RM190k end lot. Transacted price for same unit now goes for RM400k. When BSC and Aman Puteri are fully developed, people in DC also will benefit from it. rclxms.gif

Went to the sales gallery last week, almost 50% of Oleander sold..now 60%. guess in no time it will be sold out. Understand the banyan sold out within 2 weeks. All the good signs heading towards making BSC the place of the future.

As the photo taken earlier as shown by one of you, I can positively identified those units to Duranta units.

I was asking one of the SA about requesting the contractor to install some additional copper pipes to all the bathrooms for future installation of solar heater but was told that it can't be done but asked me to request to the developer. Can anybody suggest with regards to this. Tks all. Looking forward to continue to have feedbacks from you guys.

I am Bayan buyer. If Bayan was sold faster than others, I think it is because there is perimeter fencing and free guarding for two years. Hopedeveloper will build a guard house so that it can be G&G.

On behalf of TS, welcome guys (or gals).

Can form resident association later and request guardhouse from developer.

Hope they keep their word and do the perimeter fencing.
It's not in the S&P, or is it?

Welcome everyone! Nice to see jiran-jiran all come in to discuss~

I think even Bromelia they also will do the perimeter fencing (according to the SA, is wall some more), it is not mention in the S&P, but we can see it in the temporary title there (area plan), they bold the outer area of Bromelia and just left with one entrance/exit, I think that is the wall, and I hope I am right..

Ok kengwei. Thanks.
So we can start resident association later and have a proper Fence-and -Guarded setup.

There is another thread comparing BSC, and also discussion in the Setia Alam thread.
Attracting more attention and more buyers.

If I have time will take another photo of the site this Sunday.

Really happy that owners are taking a proactive role to make BSC a successful township.

BSC will be the new 'Setia Alam' soon smile.gif

Added on October 23, 2011, 12:27 pmLatest pics. Sorry, myself lousy with camera. Sun was too bright.

Taken from corner coming from Kuala Selangor. I think this is Duranta. The shining white roof in center = showhouse?.

This one nearer to the main road - probably Bromelia. I think has to be Bromelia. Else no space to build Banyan
(main Kuala selangor road in on right side of pic)

"Bromelia?" close up. From right across traffic light.

Progress seem to be quite fast. Bromelia launch was in May?

Again sorry for the quality. Will go take lesson on snapping photo from my kid. And go early next time before sun get too strong.
