how much per psf now? any unit available ? Really interested with this project.

This Arcoris is licin-licin sapu becoz:
i. Very nice design by Foster & Partners.
- In Malaysia they design the Troika.
- The 331 units service residence comes with 50+ layout design. The single floor units from 850 sqf to 2,296 sqf.
- There are less than 10 duplex & penthouse units available at bigger size too, with few units come with its own private swimming pool & private garden.
ii. Mixed development - with Hotel (Hyatt House), business suites, SOHO, private luxury service resident & 50 units of retail.
iii. Amenities - less than 5 mins walking distance to Plaza MK, 1 MK, Shoplex, police station (between Shoplex & 1 MK), Odyssey Express Bus to Singapore, and Mont Kiara International School.
iv. Dual entrance & exit - from Jalan Kiara or Jalan Kiara 4, which provide an alternative to avoid the Traffic jam at Jalan Kiara heading to 1 MK in the morning.
v. Free UEM Sunrise shuttle bus service to solaris mk, publika - the bus stop is just next to the Arcoris Entrance at Jalan Kiara.
vi. Unit size
- for Service Residence, majority of the units are 2 bedroom with the size ranges from 926 sqf to 1,100 sqf - excluding the size of the private garden for some units. There are also some limited 3 bedroom units, size ranges from 1,495 sqf to 2,296 sqf.
vii. Private and communal garden terraces
- some units come with its own private garden. Also, there are public/communal garden available at level 2, 7, 12, 16 & 17 at the 18th floor service residence block.
viii. Concierge service, car washing area and pool car service
- Other than common facilities (e.g: gym, swimming pool, bbq pit, games room, tennis court, badminton court, main lobby, playground etc), these 3 additional service: concierge, car washing area and car pool service is the extra that made Arcoris Residence more unique and attractive.

My unit is the larger unit 2k sq feet. I cant remember the actual price but on average, the selling price was around 820 psf. there were rebates as well as additional discounts for tresor member similar to sd prime card.

Price sibeh expensive! blink.gif but it is expected for MK props. MK is really getting crowded with so many high rise bldgs.

For all residents of UEM Sunrise condos, yahp, the bus driver may ask to see the residents' card. pretty friendly bunch. bus goes about 6-7 times a day IIRC.

there is also another free shuttle bus that goes to garden hotel at mid valley , that one is open to non sunrise residents .

arcoris is also walking distance to sri hartamas area (shortcut under the flyover then walk along signature to come out at the shell station).

Now I know the free UEM Sunrise shuttle bus also goes to KL Sentral - which means I have the option to use public transportation to work whenever I don't feel like driving... 👍🏼

need to compare apple to apple...I think it is still not overzealous considering its a Foster's design and the facilities provided, Hyatt at your doorstep, plus all units are semi furnished. Many other new developments in MK or even outside of MK have reached more than 1k psf. I bet you if this development is by SD, it would have fetched even higher price!
