at the moment, i think the free shuttle is more for housewives, holidaying owners and retired oldies for sightseeing and jalan jalan, i think not suitable for commuting to work. the first bus is at 10am or something. unless you start work in the afternoon tongue.gif tongue.gif but coming back home from KL sentral after work , can use it. maybe after arcoris VP UEM sunrise may add more buses, who knows! something to look forward to

Anyway the latest shuttle bus details is more or less like this:

So there are three bus services:

1. UEM Sunrise publika kl sentral shuttle

2. UEM sunrise community fun ride (loop service around MK to publika )

and 3. Gardens hotel mid valley shuttle (non Sunrise shuttle)

I doubt it bro...if you do comparison with UEM and SD prices - the recent or even older developments, SD have always commanded higher prices. That's my own assessment. Well we are talking hypothetically here which doesn't have any real bearing on the real situation. So let's not dwell too much on it..cheers!

Nt sure abt UEM's launching prices in Nusajaya but all their recent launches ie Reisidensi 22 and Sefina oso above 1m, of course this is MK and SDP got no projects in this area so cannot really compare. The nearest comparison would be SDP's upcoming Jendela Residence in KLGCC, priced I heard from 1200psft blink.gif

Yeah, we have to live with it lor, got so many choices now in the market cheers.gif

Jendela is their "crown jewel" prop ma, sure have to launch above 1Kpsft lo, premium prop sure have to sell at premium price lo!

All their recent high rise launches so far oso below 1K la like MP, Serini, Kiara Court, PR, Rimbun Sanctuary etc.

Wah... If Jendela is the crown jewel at KLGCC for SDP with 1,200 psqf, Hopefully Arcoris also is the crown jewel at mont kiara for UEM Sunrise, and can fetch RM 1,200 psqf after VP. 😊

no doubt those props you listed are below 1k psf but please bear in mind the location. those places are not ss premium l as mk or damansara heights area. bttom line what im trying to say sd prices would definitely be higher than uem especially in premium areas.

Yeah, all these props the locations are not as premium as MK or DH, so hopefully the quality of SDP's prop is better than UEM since their prices are more premium? nod.gif

No offence though I've seen the KLGCC RM5mil houses by SDP, the price didn't correlate to the quality

1mk shopping mall already a real piece of sh*t mall in mk. Especially the jialat parking. worse ever parking in kl. jialat narrow parking design. U can see manyak scratch and Bended, crack at cornering wall and especially going down to lowest parking lot corner. Manyak car kena scratch n bang there.. If drive Big car this place very cannot go.. or u need to Sibeh extra caution. The worst I ever seen.

Hope this arcoris turn out to be good 1. But the road access capacity to this area quite.....jialat.

yes, and also hope UEM be extra careful on the tenant mix, don't be like solaris mk with all the thai bar, bring down the neighbourhood vibe. the area around 1MK and plaza MK still has good vibe just that plaza MK looking a bit jaded. time for some redevelopment and/or refurbishment for plaza MK, including improving the traffic and parking situation.

But can't change the fact. At mk...Manyak single bachelor expat, curi Makan expats, retired expat like to cari kokokai at this area. Human mah... Lonely some more. Somemore for them by walk can reach. After have ding ding fun can walk back.

My jiulai, pj and Puchong friends also like to come to mk cari kokokai. Manyak Korean, jap, prc, Indon, Thai, Philip, local and sometimes some cari extra pocket money local/expat's daughter if lucky. Manyak hide inside this area. U need lubang or close friend to access those special club. If not how to sipot the shop rental at mk here.

Funny to heard some mk pipu said no kokokai at mk. Lol. Actually mk is 1 of the most happening kokokai area in kl provide better stocks. And this is also 1 of the attraction for expat to stay here.
