yeah, arte definitely in my consideration, but arcoris has its own pros too compared to arte.....

the one that nano mentioned is specifically YNH, it's not for own stay (officially) . arcoris mainly sould out (haha). i think you should also consider old condo. for the same price you can get 1500 sft 3 BR. check out angkupuri, almaspuri, palma.

Arcoris construction service resdience north block up to 8 or 9th floor, Soho and hotel south block up to 18 or 19th floor. Trying to get a decent shot of it ... Will post again if I manage to.

residence long gone. if you like this area, perhaps you can try residensi 22 which is behind arcoris.

did you check with uem sale person? I was told last month that they have one soho unit unsold.

nope i didn't go to the uem showcase. i tried getting a good shot of it but couldn't as my cam is limited (no zoom etc). right now the covering around the soho block, makes it look like a huge green wall across line of sight as i drive up jln kiara. i suppose when it's completed and the claddings etc come down, the boxy compartmentalized design will help break up that "great wall" impression.

that 1 is overbudget la boss..... i wish i can afford too.....

From there, you can count that it has already reached 22nd Floor.
