Guys, i have a question on Siberia v2 headset, does the 7.1 usb sound card really makes a difference?
because without the usb soundcard, i still hear "surround sounds" like mosquito flying around me in some 7.1 surround sound test.

Depends on how you can listen to it..

i buy the sound card is coz easier to connect tot he PC via USB.. no need plug in jack.. definitely you can hear a difference when you plug the SC in..

Yes the sound card definately works for every SteelSeries headphones.

looks like a revamp version of Xai? but the button at the bottom of the scroll is fugley. It looks sexy tho...

7.1 made a few differences
-louder volume
-louder mic receive volume
-virtual 7.1 surround
but it realy depends on the user
virtual 7.1 is just manipulating the volume..
some user feel it some user dont

i discussed with PI today...it realy depends with the seller u got with...
unless you are urgent with your mouse there is a way to get it faster

I actually sent the faulty unit to PI because the seller is located further away from PI and it'd be faster for me to just hand them the unit, it's been one month since I passed them the mouse.

Have you tried calling them?
They claim that their RMA service usualy takes less than a month if you pass it to them directly
What mouse you sent for warranty?
