Since this is a Steelseries thread.
I guess i could get some answers here.

I am using a Sensei currently.
Ive setup up a profile for a game using the Engine.
But when i load the same game on Mac, the macros dont work.
Only works when i load the Windows version of the game.

Can i know is this supposed to happen? Or there's something wrong with my mouse? Or my settings?

Thanks!

4H - SRP RM150
Siberia V1 - SRP RM249

In terms of gaming and sound quality, of course Siberia V1. But if you use the mic very frequently, 4H is retractable mic, easy use.

Glide dot is better because you can apply to all the mousepad you are using.

you dont have to own something to know what it feels like, your pc fair lets ppl try headset dont they? All the while they did, and mayb some shop let u test or u have friends that have it and tested it......

I dont own a deathadder but i damn sure know what it feels like, had one for 1-2 weeks, FTZ ASIA.NET has it also. Used it alot in Cybercafe like blitz 2 before it was gone..

AND how can u be so sure he didnt own one before? I had a kinzu before this then i gave it a gift to my friend used it for 3 days so i damn sure know how its like also. i also did try siberia v1 before iirc it was comfy..

Blitzone has ikari optical, so i know how it feels like, they even have 6GV2 for their party of 5 team up stairs, and siberias

The first time before I bought DA I went to Tbun at aman suria to test how was it like. And like what vic said, now you can test most gears in CC around klang valley.

QUICK OVERVIEW
- Easy to use and apply, fits with all known mousepads
- Improves glide by removing friction plus extends life time of mouse feet
- SteelSeries Glide Dot is manufactured using a non-toxic formula

that means they were googling for the answers huh? tongue.gif but seriously, glide dot got nothing to do with mats imho.
I bet even if you apply it on your feets, it still can glide goodingly on a flat table surface. tongue.gif

Hmm.. is 4H considered a starter gaming headphone?

so what the glide does is reducing friction on any mousepad that I use yes?

err, yeah? but imho, not really worth getting such a low end headset. smile.gif top up around 50 bucks or so and you can headsets like Z2 or Electra.

Yup, after applying that to your feets, you'll notice significant differences, very much more smoother. Glides very nais, like on HD mats.

Well I'm still 17 (finished spm last year) so I still need to watch out what I am buying. My mom would freak out if I spend at least 200+ for a headphone.

For the glide, I might check it out when I have the time.

also can you explain a bit more to me about the glide? I am still confused.

@Crimson:

If you play more games than Music with your headset, 4H is good enough nod.gif Note that it is horrible for music. Treble too high whistling.gif

the no choice siberia v1 or v2
they are quite balanced headset
4h is more towards competitive FPS gaming
or you could prefer other brands headset which suits ur budget or needs
i never tried glide dot before
so i have this in mind
its like a lotion that can be used on your mousefeet..something like polish
but i have a bad feeling that those ''lotion'' will eventualy wiped off by the pad
i still have no real prove to this as i havent try it personally

7H->If you are competitive gamer
Siberia V2-> if you are more to realistic gaming
siberia v2 and 7h are almost ALMOST the same
but 7h has a better soundstage
u choose

Its still up to you
Electra and Orca are both good for gaming
v2 is greater
but the bass for orca could intefere gaming due to the lower treble and higher bass
If you are more to competitve gaming i suggest you the siberia v2(can be used on street also looked stylish)
If you like booming ur ears with bass i think electra and orca is a good choice for a budget headphone(note i think both also dont have mic, correctme if i were wrong, cuz i read it somewhere in forum said that electra is no mic while razerzone said its included...orca is totaly no mic)
My 2 cents
Just 1 advise..Its better to spend more on a better headset than waste money upgrading them later
thats what i learnt from changing A LOT LOT OF gaming gear
If you have a fren who have them try ask them to borrow you for a few days
trying them for 2-3min is useless

bass is useless for competitive gaming esp in fps.
footstep is crucial, and footstep doesnt produce much bass than the mid
