hehehe at the moment. my aim is to get fit first. so my plan is to cycle around my housing area making loops mainly on the road not off road. have been asking around, meeting people but still confused but majority said get mtb.

at first was considering a roadbike, but many said, have to go for distance to enjoy the ride plus the tyre very sensitive and prone to puncture.

so please advice.

I think Mike's selling his... But are you sure bout a Tbolt?
*
Lai lai, full bike for a bargain. Lots of components have changed for performance. But not as high-end as the rest here, bling factor at maximum level!

If I were to remove the FD on my bike and only depend on the gears shifting, anything I should keep in mind? Some word on the net is that when you shift to gear 1-3, your chain will switch rings. Does bash guard come in handy on this situation?

That little piece eh, hmm. Some bike setups are with it with the FD and some without. IIANM, it's supposed to keep the chain only on the chosen ring right?
