Knee Pain
Guys recently I ve felt pain on my knees after riding, just want to know is there something wrong with my set up? Is my seatpost too high or too low? I do have problems with my knees but never felt any pain after rides before. I ve heard using clipless will minimize the pain...but I tak berani lagi pakai clipless |

Try playing with the saddle's fore, aft and height. Even small changes has effect on it. Also cranking a too hard of a gear too long will have problems.
Try those knee wraps in sporting goods store, it might help too. |

Too low also will cause.
Anyway, if you already have the knee problem, with strenuous exercise like biking can inflict more damage to it. Most docs will ask you to rest for few months. For me, I take glucosamine to counter it. He! He! And it works for me. |
