See what I meant by sell by Friday.. eventho we got better job numbers, they don't seem convincing enough for
many traders to stay long through the weekend. You never know what kind of stuff may come out from Europe over
the weekend.
Had to ring the register for my AAPL calls spread.
Got some 360 Dec calls spread when it was around 370 last week, cash out 390 at open.
20 pts move, translated into 43.75% gain for options play.
This time around, the bulls took one week to gain back what the bears took almost two weeks to drop.
I think the bias is still to the upside for now and the next week is for the bulls to make another attempt
to break the 200MA at 1265-1275 and stay convincing above there for at least 3 trading days.
If it can't do it, I think this so called end of the year rally may be a bust.
At this time, I'll stay nimble, prep some cash to buy breakout, buy some protective puts for long positions
or sell some covered calls which will expire in 2 weeks to get some extra cash. I am not outright shorting at this time.
Good luck to all.
