i think VLT50% itself is already out of JPJ spec already.
I think the stock tint is pretty good already. no heat wave coming out when u open the car and a/c takes abt 1 min to cool the car.

Went to try out the Inspira today because I'm searching for a replacement car for my wife. Tried both the 1.8manual and 2.0 Inspira. Was anticipating a sporty powerful car when I stepped into the 1.8.... but there was no punch to the acceleration. OK, nevermind, maybe the 2litre would be better. Stepped into the 2.0P Inspira......terus I floored the accelerator.... I was like thinking, "What?! This is it?! This was the 'powerful' sedan they were talking about?". The engine was loud... but it was all show, but no go. A little bit disappointed. So I might as well get the Persona hi-line for half the price.

Bro, you were comparing with your Golf?

Wait till u try Forte.
Persona is another turtle anyway, the interior quality of Persona is very far off compared to Inspira.

haiyo... think about FC and the reliablity of the car. my 2.0 inspira can go 750km full tank ron 95. moreover, i go up genting with it. my neighbour are using 2 personas and they complained to me about the FC.... drink like a beer.

look at the comfort at the car also. if u want cheap, comfortable and powerful car, get a secondhand volvo 850 T5, RM20k+++. can beat subaru on the highway.

You are looking for that VTECish sudden rush of speed? Sorry, you won;t find it here. CVT is the culprit. To get a feel of the power, try to go to a jam road, and floor the pedal. You;ll feel the adrenalin.

Enough shit from me. Try to floor the pedal and look at how fast the speedometer moves. Feel isn;t always accurate

Our Inspira stock tinted brand EcoTint 6mil security tinted. If you need darker tint can apply side double but sure illegal of JPJ or police.

My coil mat driver side starting to get hole because my black shoe daily drive damage it.

I changed my front and back tinted to SunGard and side double tint . So far so good..

Yeah lor.. after hearing so much hype about the Inspira, my expectations were quite high. nod.gif My mistake for comparing, but I thought a similar displacement engine would give more or less the same type of performance. CVT really that much different from DSG huh?
Anyway, I'm not saying the Persona is comparable to the Inspira in terms of performance. I'm just saying that if the Inspira can't perform that impressively, then getting the persona also ok lor. Used to own a Waja CPS manual.... it was quite alright.

No, i didn;t retint. The car comes with that tint when i got it. I didn't ask about the tint until a week later.

The tint is good. My car is under the sun all day long, but when i go into the car, there's no heat wave coming out of the car, and i didn;t feel that much heat too. So for me, yeah, the tint is good

Strange... i tot EcoTint is the tint supplier for Inspira...???

Did u get a Solar Gard warranty card instead of an EcoTint card?? Wonders if the SA went and re-tint it to Solar Gard....??

To get the max from the Mivec engine, use the paddle shifter (or the manual gear position), bring it to the Mivec zone and u feel the beast come alive, to match its roar...

Its not the engine, its the CVT mapping in full auto mode...

Maintain the gear position and rev the engine RPM past 4500RPM.... due to CVT, u will not feel a kick like VTEC, but u will feel and see the car move way faster....

DSG gearbox is more know for its response and immediate "kick" while CVT gearbox is tuned more for fuel efficiency and smooth drive and gear change, thus you wont feel any jerk or kick as compared to conventional gear shifts...
