DAAAAAAAMMMMMNNNNNN!!! That transformer prime infinity is EXPENSIVE!! RM2,200 for the 32GB model.  sweat.gif  cry.gif  shocking.gif have to extend my ramadan in order to get one.
*
Well, I kinda predicted it would retail for this price. It did displace the Transformer Prime TF201 in terms of pricing though.

Hi, how can i notice the IPS display on asus ux31a or ux32vd??
*
Just look at it from a very extreme angle. If the color doesn't change much then it's IPS. If the viewing angles are horrible, it's not.

QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Jul 21 2012, 08:52 AM)
Yeah, you are right, its 11.6" nod.gif

Haven't come across any review on the 1225B yet, only the 1215B (C-60/E450 version)  hmm.gif
*
You sure? laugh.gif

This one was up for months: http://www.tipsavenue.com/asus-eee-pc-1225...looking-at-1059
While this just a few days old: http://www.tlbhd.com/asus-1225b-review-116...ty-offer-13283/

QUOTE(ic3rock @ Jul 21 2012, 08:58 AM)
But 11.6" and 12" not too much different i think...  hmm.gif
How is the review for 1215B?  blink.gif
*
Well, some people think that the screen size difference is somewhat significant while others don't. Design wise, the 1225B wins hands down. Otherwise, it's just about the same netbook.

For anyone liking the Asus U32U's design but disappointed by the internals offered, an alternative of the same series has come. The U32VD. biggrin.gif

tbh I don't really look out for netbook reviews brows.gif

What? I feel like I'm the only one looking for them laugh.gif

And the 11" Sony Vaio E is a disappointment in its build quality. Keyboard flex everywhere! Or more like the entire keyboard panel is not fixed properly.

Well, I'm not the only one who thought the case of the Sony Vaio E11 was bad. And surprisingly, Brazos 2.0 is actually worse than the original Brazos in terms of its graphical prowess based on the review.

QUOTE
Pro

+ usable keys
+ average battery lifetime
+ low power consumption
+ USB 3.0

Contra

- constant fan noise
- low stability chassis
- partly too small keys
- low travel clickpad
- glossy screen
- narrow viewing angles
- poor application performance
- poor games performance
- slow hard disk

The Lenovo Y580 reviewed. I'm quite surprised they said the lid is flimsy. hmm.gif

Otherwise, good value indeed.

QUOTE
Pro

+ Excellent CPU and GPU performance
+ Sleek aesthetics
+ Great screen quality
+ Good battery life
+ Relatively quiet fan
+ Easy-to-reach ports and HDD/RAM/PCIe slots
+ Backlit keyboard

Contra

- Lid and touchpad feel cheaply made on an otherwise sturdy base
- Slow HDD performance
- mSATA upgrade expensive
- High-gloss and reflective display (no matte options)
- Tight port placement
- Poor outdoor usability

But how to use excel?  hmm.gif  hmm.gif
Thanks in advance~

That's the thing. I used to learn how to categorize lists with Excel so that if you search specific keywords and criteria, it appears from the whole list.

But now, also forgot laugh.gif

Hi guys, just curious~

The UX31 comes with a 4-cell (6840mAh) battery,
whereas the UX32 comes with a 6-cell (6570mAh) battery...

So which one is better? laugh.gif
Sorry but I'm noob at physics  sweat.gif
*
Cell number doesn't matter, it's the capacity that does.

I'm sure a lot of people are waiting for the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon review by NBC, sorta disappointing in a way;

QUOTE
Pro

+ Incredibly fast CPU and application performance for the size
+ Very lightweight, yet strong shell
+ Extremely quiet
+ Matte display
+ Large touchpad
+ Improved gamut range
+ WWAN options
+ Mini DisplayPort
+ Backlit keyboard

Contra

- Surface temperatures can become very warm
- No Gorilla Glass, ThinkLight, HDMI, integrated RJ-45, or dedicated docking ports
- Plastic display bezel feels out of place
- Mediocre battery life
- Mushy left- and right-click buttons
- Overall fingerprint magnet

If the Asus is really available (I haven't see any units yet laugh.gif), it has a better GPU which is quite useful if you're into gaming nod.gif
But the Asus runs on an ULV processor though, relatively weaker compared to the Acer, but offers much longer battery life smile.gif

The Acer is not bad at all, just that its a bit outdated- still running on Sandy Bridge and Nvidia GT5xx
*
Only seen it from the website, damn looks pretty good. laugh.gif

Gigabyte U2442N reviewed by NBC. Well it's not an ultrabook but still packs oodles of power under that slim hood;

QUOTE

+ Matt display surface
+ SSD-HDD combo
+ Bluetooth 4.0
+ USB 3.0

Contra
- Poor contrast and viewing angles
- Noisy keyboard
- High power consumption
- Poor speakers
- Small battery
