submit a complain to nyko and play-asia, they not reply me yet..

the result is still the same.. :/

No lar, its just ir light. Dangerous as in when I place the zoom on my kinect without the protective sheet I might scratch my original lens

they asked me to contact nyko instead.. :/
and i still go no respond from nyko..

nothing is scratch proof, just resistant. from all the post here, you do have to stick something on the lens right?

waiting for the zoom from playasia....should cancelled it earlier if I know this problem exist..so called marketing gimmick

Well, its obvious they'll tell you to contact Nyko, they really cant do anything about it being an online website. Even if there was something wrong with the product would you pay to send it back to them?

i dont think is a gimmick. it probably factory defect. the lens are sensitive things.

yes, the protective sticker, but not on the nyko zoom lens, they ask us to stick at our kinect lens..

u know what the replied to me? they ask me to go to check their troubleshooting manual on website, which i already do it over and over again!
result is still the same.
small room, big room, living room, all still same result..
no i'll not return them the zoom if have to use my own money, i want them to send me a new 1!
and i'll spam evry review on evry website, on they FB page, playasia, and evrywhere till them notice my problem.
