I have the ipad 2. It has the smoothest UI does not lag at all. It is decieving as its performance is slower in browsing, email content download and is virtually hopeless trying to view you tubes. File management is terribly poor n you need to connect to of to have iTunes manage it
So don't worry about lag. |

QUOTE(Maxieos @ Dec 25 2011, 12:36 AM) Guess only Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet will do proper writing That is scribbling not writing. The user should demo actual writing to show its accuracy and fineness. I can easily duplicate these using my stylus and fingers on all my tablets. However when comes to actual writing out of alphabets on the android tablets I have used ( Iconia, Tab, Tab 10.1, Tab 7+) - all fail. The G Note still is the besthttp://www.lenovo.com/products/us/tablet/thinkpad/ |

QUOTE(abundai @ Dec 28 2011, 04:44 PM) any1 knows how to totally unroot? Just sent in . The service center never bother whether you have root or not. Ask users who has sent in their rooted tabs at the Tab and SGS II official threadsi tried the command using terminal, success... but problem is, i cant remove/uninstall the superuser.apk from app drawer... look for solution in xda, they suggest to flash stock firmware from samfirmware.com.. tried that too, but my tab became EU version.. then i tried to update in KIES, no problem, but KIES still recognise it as EU version.. and the kernel has the word "root" in it.. is that normal for a stock kernel? any suggestion? i need to unroot to make a warranty claim.. my left speaker a bit faulty.... got cracking sound =( This post has been edited by benny888: Dec 28 2011, 05:32 PM |

QUOTE(SuperbSuperMan @ Jan 2 2012, 07:34 PM) This tab or the 7 plus is better?Better as in smoother and display.Because I checked the user opinion at gsmarena, quite a number of people says that its lagg? It outperform the older tab in everything. It si definitely smoother and less laggy. I have used the older Tab for more than 6 months ( it was a wifi only model set before official release in Msia)This post has been edited by benny888: Jan 2 2012, 07:41 PM |

QUOTE(Hico @ Jan 2 2012, 10:16 PM) i tested the 8.9, but got feel like it is not as smooth as s2 or even note.. everything seems ok..but when scroll from one page to another, i feel the scrolling not so smooth..perhaps 10.1 also like this? .. haven't tested the 7.0plus yet... but i like 8.9 size more than 10.1.. The Note scrolling is also better than the 7+ but loses slightly only to the S2 |

QUOTE(mtxx @ Jan 19 2012, 09:47 PM) @farscope or abundai Your tab by default will not have cwm installed. You need to install cwm separately before you can flash the rom zip filei hope you guys are online now, i need your expert advice. finally decided to flash overcome rom now, downloading. about 1 hour remaining. nw reading the instructions on xda very carefully. i saw this. "If you have some form of CWM on your device already, simply download the ROM, and install zip through CWM." how do i know my tab has CWM on it? Boot to recovery mode if you see list of menu with select zip file, backup and restore, clear cache partition etc and title is cwm recovery 5.0.... That means you have cwm. |

QUOTE(mtxx @ Jan 20 2012, 12:51 AM) Thanks, the flashing quite fast if did correctly. Use paid version of titanium and you need not reinstall one by one. It will auto reinstallbut the restoring part is headache. i use free titanium backup, have to install back one by one. one at a time. do until pening @.@ finally complete. i got exactly 100 apps installed.
