1) 2nd Floor Rooms x 2 (Exclude Tiles and toilet accessories)
- To extend to balcony level approximately : 7 - 10ft  ---est rm12,000
- To build a toilet in ONE of the rooms (including tiling)  ---est rm4000
- To do water proofing  ---est rm300
- To install basin, toilet bowl & reposition plumbing  ---est rm1200
- Optional : to remove top floor parquets and do tiling works  ---est 1200 sq/ft  rm7,200
2) Ground Floor extension to the front
- To demolish existing front and extend to the front approx 4ft  ---est rm3000
- To change staircase to cement    ---est rm6000 with tiling


3) Plaster Ceiling
- Normal flat plan plaster ceiling for living hall - approx 500sf  ---est rm2000
- Top Floor approx 300 sf  ---est rm1200
- all 3 rooms approx 500sf  ---est rm2000

4) Extend Porch Roof approx. 5ft (might need to build a pillar due to room extension  ---est rm8000
