2. removing existing windows (2ft height), remake a smaller windows (1ft)
3. re-tiling full wall and floor (not include tiles)
4. elevation border (shower area so that water cannot reach out, will put a shower screen on top)
5. brick up the additional 1ft of the window
6. ventilation fan area on brick wall include wiring point (not include fan)
7. concealing existing water tap/main tap
8. plaster ceiling with area for ventilation and 2 down lights
9. create a concrete tabletop with tiles skirting (6ft X 2ft)
10. installation of new countertop basin and WC (not include basin and WC)
11. box-up visible pipes L-box (pipes is from unit above to floor) 2ft X 1ft
12. water proofing
13. installation of tank type water heater (include copper and wiring). Will hang outside the window
14. new piping works (not include valve and shower head)
15. small water pump to pump water from water heater tank to shower
16. installation of shower screen (not include shower screen)
17. installation of new bi-fold door with PVC edge (not include door)

What's the estimated cost to install a sink & tap (including piping) at area that originally don't have pipes?

1. Simple plaster ceiling for living room
2. Remove and re-tiles (2 bath room)
3. Installation of new countertop basin and WC for 2 bath rooms
4. Extention of back yard (now is half wall and cage, want to make it full extend)
5. Whole house painting (external and internal, link house)

I would like to get some quotation for my house 22x75:

(1) Existing my car porch only can park one car and there is a pole in the middle which limits the space to park the 2nd car. So I would like to remove the pole to create bigger space to park 2 cars. 22x15

(2) Tiling for my living room. 22x15

(3) My kitchen was previously half extended. Now i would like to extend the right side of the kitchen. 5x15

3 portions
1)26.5ft x 9.5ft with drainage of 9.5ft, 8inch depth cement
2)20ft x 10ft 8inch depth

hi there,

need your quotation:

for 900sqft apartment in puchong, plan to install

1. plaster ceiling for living hall and kitchen
2. remove all tiles for 2 toilets and kitchen and reinstall new tiles
3. laminated floor for living hall, about 400 sqft
4. re-wiring and add more points and wire conceal and move air con to another position, some hacking may require.
5. repaint whole house
6. add tv cabinet with backlight
7. remove all unused furnitures which include 2 sofas, 1 mobile kitchen cabinet, 1 bed and tv cabinet.
