Need quotation for following:-

1. Hack and remove existing terrazzo tiles from living room area approx. 10 x 20 ft.
2. Labour to lay 1 x 2 ft porcelain tiles including skirting (I will buy tiles myself)

If your prices are reasonable & suit my budget, will ask you to quote full package for other things I need done.

I would like to do some improvement to my current condo unit in KL which is about 4 years old.

Appreciate if you could give me a quote on the following:-

1) Living & dining area - currently already with plaster ceiling and downlights and fan
a) to relocate fan & cover existing opening
b) to add another fan point and installation of fan (to be provided) at dining area
c) curtain box for a L shape windows and sliding doors (approx 15 ft total in length) (but already with plaster ceiling in place)
d) electrical wiring and additional lighting point (one at tv are, one at dining hall area)

2) Kitchen area and yard - currently no plaster ceiling
a) electrical wiring and additional lighting points (three in total)
b) installation of wooden frame with glass shelfing and glass panel at existing window insert (42" x 46") with lighting
c) sliding door for kitchen (34" x 96")

3) master bathroom
a) replace toilet bowls set and wash basins
b) under basin cabinet
c) replace tiling (51" depth x 83" width x 94" height (with a std door 80" x 30 and window opening 22" x 30")

Hi :

I would like to get some quotations for the extension of kitchen, as well as some other minor renovation work as per attachments:

- Extension of kitchen (22x 5) - 1x2 tiles for floor and ceiling-height (inclusive of plumbing work for sink and washing machine, 1 3-panel windows, 1 2-panel windows and a door - I will buy the stainless steel door on my own, plaster ceiling for the extended area)
- Concrete slab for washing machine and fridge
- Concrete table top (L-shape 11 x 10) with 2x2 tiles
- Hack one piece of the wall for the maid's room to make the kitchen bigger with 1x2 tiles for floor and ceiling-height
- Create new entrance to the kitchen through the original maid's room (i will buy the aluminium sliding door)
- Close existing entrance to toilet near kitchen
- Create new entrance to toilet near kitchen
- Seal up the door of the mini store room underneath the staircase and put up a piece of wall in the bedroom so that I can have a L-Shape Store room
- Hack the wall and open a door to the bedroom
- Hack two pieces of wall (2' wide each) in order to have a dining area (the original design is catered for dry kitchen)
- Tear down the handrail to the staircase and create a slanting half-height brick wall
- Skirting for the staircase
- Water proof for 3 bathroom

- Relocate Astro Point
- 10 new socket points

Hi,

am almost finish doing a project in SETIA ECO PARK, Shah Alam. that is a out door concrete stair case with a bic canopy roof. u may go by ur own (u may call me also) any time cos that is a open place for all. u may ask any sccurity guard to show the place name GREEN CANOPY FUNCTION HALL, SETIA ECO PARK.

hi, would like an estimate for the following works. House 22x80
car porch extension - remove 12x10 roofing, with 2 concrete pillars, and side roofing - tiles 7x12.
Replace with concrete L shape flat roof- flat with following measurements

front - 14(pillar site) x 12, with 2" overhead extension ( 16x12 ) - 2 pillar required - attached to main pillar
side - 7x12 with 1" overhead extension - 1 pillar required to main pillar.
estimate sq feet - 270sf roof slab. with equivalent floor tiling 270sf.
can you please give a rough estimate.

Hi, can you try to give me a quotation about the renovation as listed below:

LIVING HALL.
1. Labour to demolish living hall floor tiles and clear all debris.
2. To supply and install 24" x 24" polish floor tiles at living hall c/w 3" skirting.( estimate 538 sf)
3. To supply and install 43'L 'L' box plaster ceiling.
4. To paint whole house using Nippon paint.

WET KITCHEN.
1. To supply and install 12" x 24" homo floor tiles.( estimate 54 sf)
2. To supply and install 8" x 10" ceramic wall tiles up to 9'H.( estimate 270 sf )
3. To supply and install 4'H x 5'W powder coated sliding window.
4. To close up 1no window c/w plaster on both side.
5. Demolish existing door and wall and replace with 1 no 5'x7' powder coated sliding door

DRY KITCHEN.
1. To supply and install 12" x 24" homo floor tiles. ( estimate 81 sf)

GRILLE.
1. To supply and install 1 no 2' x 4' iron grille.
