the condo is an old condo, wanna do renovation so my parents will live more comfortable since they do not want to move..

1- change the 2 toilet entirely (new tiles, new wc and stuff)  -est rm4500

4- add wardrobe to 3 rooms..(optional)  est rm9000

my budget is only RM20k..enough or not ?
