1) Need to build a 2 x 4 feet table top for basin. top using 2 piece of 2 x 2 tiles, below the top needs to build a wooden shelf till floor level with tiles skirting.
2) Need to remove existing full height wall tiles and floor tiles, replace with 300x600 tiles. 6 x 6 x 8 (height) (we source for own tiles)
3) To remove and install basin, wc (we source for own wc and basin)
4) To remove and install new shower screen, looking at a 6 feet wide space, standard height tempered glass, with door (please quote your material cost, and installation cost)
5) To hack, remove and install new shower system (we source for own shower system)
6) plaster ceiling with 2 downlight space about 6 x 8 feet.

Second toilet: major redo,

Entrace Walkway plaster ceiling:
- 98" x 58" with 2 downlights

Laminating floor
1) living room, 2 rooms total about 730sf. I need the 12mm type with wooden surface.


Kitchen:
To remove existing 2 bowls basin
To replace with melamine top and to install a 2 bowl basin.
