but when inspira launch and dato syed taking care of proton i think proton already grow up..

u can request alot of free goodie too... slowly find the branch or their HQ to get better goodies..
for interest rate wise.. u need to get the lowest...for me i buy at proton edar, the one at damansara

but once the inspira is out.. i bought it... the reason is the chasis is all the same as Lancer.. exterior i dun care.. i can modified.. after i bought it.. i feel that lucky i dun buy Honda.. which is not comfort at all and small...

honda city is not a par with Inspira.. after listen to ur story i really want to buy inspira already..
how about the FC? and top speed? i heard inspira ECU cut off at 200km/h.. i really like speed..

maybe just me. fact is already fact. car expensive due to proton. but i have a choice now to choose to buy a more value car. or pay more for less. ur call... For me. more value is better

FC depends on your feet... Highway drive can clock 900km city drive can be 480 to 540 in full tank.

ECU you can reflash after the warranty which i suggest you dun do it 1st..

not cut off at 200km/h.. is because the rpm will cut at 5K ~ 6K RPM.. so ur car cannot push to the end...

people from our thread there, some of them can go up to 210 to 220km/h also... no worry la...

when u push to 4.5k RPM and reach the MIVEC zone... your car will damn powerful... hahahaa

if u like manual get 1.8MT or u like paddle shifter get 2.0AT

inspira 1.8manual owner here... overall the car worth its price (not taking account on govt. protection against foreign make) good handling, just got back from kemaman/kuantan very comfy setup in winding roads...

my wife owns an 2008 city idsi, been driving before got my own inspira, best fc 2nd to none i would say, though under power,

my younger bro got the new 2010 city, more aggressive design than city idsi, engine wise i would say it lose out to city idsi in terms of fc & smoothness,

2nd hand value honda name will win hands down, imagine my fren sold his 7yrs old city vtec for rm30k+

considering its price vs engine capacity, i would say go for inspira as its still a mitsubishi in disguise, if ur major concern is 2nd hand value then honda...

i prefer u not ask for tint
i recommend u go and install it yourself
becuz u can get a better tint...most importantly better workmanship

it's the management that sarks...greedy...etc
but p2 didn't give an effect to p1
p1 finally change their management 3-4 years ago...and launch saga blm and so on
QC is getting better...hired a QC manager from BMW to ensure it somemore
but no doubt...anything they produce be4 change management is very dissapointing

QC from BMW? not UMW? since proton RND really praise toyota top quality...

in that way...your debt is lesser and what "extra" u need to pay is lesser(am talking abt interest)

proton actually mix japanese and european stuff in their car
outside everything is japanese like GB is japanese
but inside is european like the signal placement, they follow european...lotus handling(lotus is a british company)
