If Alza has minor/zero problem, I like Alza too....but the car keeps give me problem and like an old car....always need to go service....

Actually I do not expect high....but for the problems I faced for a new car, I totally can't accept....

When I got my Alza, the next day I went outstation, I can tell you the car drives like a 10-year old piece of junk... doesn't feel like a new car... Rattling sounds here and there, traffic and road noise kept protruding, so tiring to my ears until I almost doze off... This is just one fraction of the problems, as at that time, I wasn't even aware I'm gonna face more problems with this car...

QUOTE(emkay @ Jan 22 2013, 04:56 PM)
I think what owner could do is to join Alza club or something. Not sure about perodua. Last time proton have can't ignore waja coz the waja owner club start making noises about waja problem. I not sure which alza owner club have good 'connection' with perodua.
*
What can they do...? It all boils down to whether or not Perodua wanna do something about it... And from the current perspective, they're just not interested. They are only interested in raking in more money...

I don't know why perodua ignore lowyat forum. In autoworld.com.my, in exora section, there is 1 representative from the cvt supplier (for exora) would give answer to all questions post by forumers. Sadly alza section is dead of there.

but still it is not a representative from proton... just a supplier...

manufacturers probably have their own NDA for their employees and appointed parts suppliers and distributors not to engage the outside world on their stuff...

Last time they have section for proton MD to answer all the quetions. I guess last time autoworld was admin by motor journalist (cant remember his name tho).

From what I see, lowyat forum doesn't have enuf strengh or influence. I havent go through myalza.com forum yet. But briefly there are more 3000 registered users. If they can help alza owners, I might join them too.

I admit, the car is not perfect but I still think its a good 60k car. So far im pls with the overall performance. I receive mine few days before last raya and have drove it 18K KM without facing any major problem. The only thing i dont like about this car is the location of the gauge display. Not ergonomic.

This morning come to my attention that Alza's glasses only 1 sided. There is no left side. They use the right side on the left side also. I guess alza side window glasses are flat so they have no need to produce for 2 sides.

OR if the glasses are curve, then to cut the cost & time, they only print the glass spec only on 1 side (they didnt flip the glass)

Well in this case, I'm not the only one having problems... whistling.gif whistling.gif

I still don't understand you, and indeed the rest of the people here who have so-called "perfect" cars, why the heck you wanna whine about people who have problems with their cars...? rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif

You think it's easy to sell off and buy a new car...? unlike a house, a car is not an investment, it's a liability... are you meant to tell me, tiensong, n8210, and indeed the rest of the problematic car owners to sell and buy a new car...?

If you have "perfect" cars, just shut the hell up and make ways for ppl with problematic cars to whine and share about their experiences here... Isn't that the trend nowadays, problem-free owners will not probably hang around forums telling ppl how problem-free their cars are...?

We welcome solution providers, not bragging-right whiners of how perfect their cars are... And since Perodua can't and honestly not willing to solve problems of existing customers, it's safe to say there aren't any solution providers at all, am I right...? whistling.gif whistling.gif

Just make sure you don't whine and nag here when your car starts to have problems... brows.gif brows.gif
