Hi everyone... I am the new member of this forum... Got my alza EZi at the end of May 2012.. I having front brake got sound come out when the car is about to stop and the time i release my brake... I saw got people also having this kind of problem, front brake noisy.. How u guys overcome this problem? change a new brake pad? Then what brand of brake pad should i take? And u all got encounter that the head light will dim a while when the aircond start to run?

I don't have that brake issue. But some solve this when service at SC. They blow away all the dust ...

How many KM been driving your Alza??

Light dim is normal to many car nowadays a good VS + GC might help but still not 100%. because VS f price from RM200-RM1500

Somehow when you mention this, the kick in is not so strong after I changed my battery to MF NS60 type.. Maybe the bigger voltage solved those issues? I have NO GC/VS.. Original battery NS40 very obvious..

wife came back from evening shift just now. terus pinjam keta bawa jalan jalan.

no significant changes today. same like yesterday. better rev/rpm. one thing i notice, when going downhill, rpm maintain tho i did not press pedal. engine revving and it's cruising. very funny.

i do suspect the aircond compressor cause the car to sluggish. try going uphill n the compressor kick in. engine macam kena asthma attack. that's y i believe u all should invest on a good VS.

How much are you guys getting the new alza priced at ar?

i got mine at RM62K, premium auto. Discount RM1K without free gift. not the cheapest but they manage to give me the car in 2 weeks time

Could any one tell me what's the rpm when travelling at 100 kmh? Izzit noisy?

my unit was 2800RPM @100KM/H, then not sure when become 2500 RPM @100km/h (auto)

Manual transmission higher than 3000RPM.

and you are right, this car has tons of problems and facing by one of the owner here but so far my unit okok for 1 year +

my car also hover around 2.5k-2.8k rpm @ 100km/h
and the engine is not that noisy at that speed.

Ic ic... maybe i try ask them again during my 2nd service... Now about 2k KM.. During my 1st service i already told them.. They said it is normal to have that sound.. LOL..

compared to the 3 speed wira 1.5 auto, its like 3.2k rpm...
gets really noisy when going at 120kmh...

at 2.5 to 2.8k rpm, when going uphill like genting or hills after ipoh to penang, need to downshift to 3rd gear..
need to play with the gears to stay in the engines power band..

ill try ask the SA later. not sure if other customer will get the car as fast as mine cos last time i pay a pretty large down payment. Thats why i got the car fast hehe
