Amongst all the midfield maestro we've been linked to, i really like yann m'vila.i see this guy is the perfect thing, what arsenal needs and longing for. he is the close thing to xavi, not in term of creating opportunities but in term of controlling the game play. He use the same principal of pass, run to receive it back, and pass again. Mind you lots of game he played in he achieved a really high pass completion percentage. M'Vila broke records for passing in both the French League and for the National team. One thing i notice he doesnt really does the extravagant pass, more to do a string of simple passes together.The best strategy would be this guy control the game from deep, Ramsey can be the calm passer, linking between midfield and forward, sometimes create the opportunities and Wilshire can do his usual forward burst run, Nasri style (doesnt need to drop back much).

As much as I like Arteta, he's no Cesc Fabregas. Everton hasn't shown any intention to sell, we haven't shown any interest to buy. So no.

I'm more of a Tim Cahill fan, always thought he was the better player compared to Scott Parker. Will bring more goals and grit compared to Arteta too. But at his age, he's an even shorter remedy than a long term solution.
