lagging as in shaking or slight latency issues and not detecting your movements that correctly? my bamboo tends to be not detecting my strokes that well.. tried the intuos at lowyat plaza and dayumn.. i think i know why its that much more expensive XD

anime perspective: sword is not big enough to be badass
logical perspective: dem you do you know actual sword is very heavy!?

XD

make it big enough to touch the ground.. logical and anime perspective both satisfied XD

Not too late, going tomorrow morning  icon_idea.gif
Yeah I'm taking my sketch book too smile.gif

Anyways, got a lot of free time ka to draw and do other stuff at PLKN?
*
plenty of time.. especially between breaks and lunch time not to mention weekend where we just rot in the hostel doing nothing with no entertainment (internet) since most camps are away from civilization so i doubt there's decent 3G signal for smartphone users ..

unless your camp has pretty chicks to hang out with you might just end up like me sketching foreveralonely on your bed... well take that as a joke XD for some reason the camp i go to tend to attract attention when i whip out my sketch book and draw something (you can say malaysian's attitude of : "mau tengok") which made me felt rather awkward at first when being crowded but tend to get used to it sooner or later (the crowd will disperse as well).

anyways hope you have a great PLKN experience ..since mine sucked really badly thus i sincerely bid you the very best of luck thumbup.gif

where can I get those 8B pencils...
*
jaya jusco.. popular got... for sketches i suggest getting 6H, HB, 2B, 4B and 8B i would recommend steadler but faber castel is cheaper if im not mistaken..with these range its alot easier when it comes to shading... but with wacom nowadays i rarely.. or more like almost never sketch on paper already doh.gif

well.. prolly cuz digital is muuuuch more convenient to work with ... what more can you ask for :

the cleanest eraser (can even erase colours)... undo button ... overlapping layers.. masks ... guiding grids ... most importantly liquify tool

slight proportion and perspective errors... *personal preference* not really liking blurry strokes, would be nicer if its bolder, sharper and has more contrast especially for faces.. could have applied more details especially for the cat woman.. instead of relying too much on textures. other than that i dont have anything more to comment.. good colour matching btw

i find doing strand by strand for the eyelashes might make the artwork looked artificial.. i suggest using dragonreine's method with will have a more natural outcome.. can add more details by highlighting the strands of eyelashes with a darker pencil like 8b (i often use burn tool if its photoshop) and a sharpened eraser for the lighter tones. this works with hairs and furs
