I recall you can use mspaint and sai to do cropping. And really you need a lot of practise on those works of yours (depend on your age as long as you are not around high school age yet). Try to do some real life art before venturing into manga or anime style.

1) smart move to separate the people and background with the bolder line.
2) hair is like err...get a wig then try cover your face see can breath or not (can be more perfect)
3) background i no comment since i cant see well lol
4) other side pretty okay, almost okay. can be better

not have really critical error there, except the hair.

as i said try copy something character like sakura from naruto, or other long hair character first....

Wow,the hair is quite good,only the curves needs a bit more work,dont worry,I started by copying too,keep copying and you'll able to draw yourself.

i really nd learn long stroke...short stroke make the drawing messy...i bought it for 299 at machine...but if u go sunway digital centre i think can get it 10~20 cheaper...

yes you need learn controling stroke, or you zoom out the picture to smaller size so you no need swing your hand a lot to draw a longer stroke XD
