Selling for almost 2 years but still got many units left based on KPKT website. But suprisingly there are 4 foreign buyers. Wonder also why the slow sales

They should have accumulated enough buyers then only sign SPA with the buyers. But they did not, they signed SPA with buyers very early. Very strange developer. |
