Selling for almost 2 years but still got many units left based on KPKT website. But suprisingly there are 4 foreign buyers. Wonder also why the slow sales hmm.gif

Overpriced.

Not all developers could pull off overpriced properties.

They should have accumulated enough buyers then only sign SPA with the buyers. But they did not, they signed SPA with buyers very early. Very strange developer.

I also wonder for a project in a hotspot like BK. Beside the distance to the future highway n the deemed high psf price (now maybe look not so pricey with more new launches n discount given), what other negative factors are there?

i guess this condo project will fulled up the prices of surrounding projects. Heard that Hening are selling for more than RM1.2million. Nobody letting go

Hmmm definitely a discounted price. Perhaps it's now more worth it after knowing I&P is not going to selling 8 Kinrara cheap.

Hmm, if at this price of RM 400+ psf and just bought recently 2 months ago, then I believe it would be a decent buy subject to it can complete on time because previously ( almost 1-2 years ago, it was selling RM 550 psf and selling slow ) and now even I&P is going to launch it's price at RM 640-670 psf although the latter at much better location and reputable developer.

Previously, the selling price of RM 500-550 psf after 10% discount was highly uncertainty due to new developer and pricing untested since subsales at The Zest back then was only RM 400-430 psf while new launches of Rimba Residence also similar at RM 400-450 psf.

I don't know how the previous buyers feel if they know current price is 15% much cheaper than they bought previously.

i saw this for quite some time. At least 1 or 2 years. Anyone signed snp by that time frame?

If they signed, it will be LAD since they havent start to build anything yet

Going to puchong and went to look again, not much done consider its 18 mth has past. The progress is super slow
