Was told by the I and P sales agent during MAPEx 2012 on friday. New service apartment slated to be launched sandwiched between Shoplots (Oldtown kopitiam I think) and Giant Kinrara probably end of this year. It is also shown on the masterplan. Indicative price RM500 psqft. Should be walking distance to the proposed LRT station.

I am also hoping for that as the decision to purchase this development is heavily dependant on this highway. Anyone knows when it will be confirmed?

The SA just mention the indicative price and I think he is also not sure what is the project name.

good for own stay, but doubt it will b good for rental play

What is the white line?

I believe the white line is the existing road to the Treatment plant. You can park your car at the road side and walk on the tarred road which leads you to the Treatment Plant.

I don't think Google Map has information regarding future roads as all roads in Bandar Kinrara are decided by JKR and MPSJ.
