Your modchip already kong
since you can Play Original Music CD ,DVD movie & demo disc.
my advice is PM eKai & install original modchip

yup... i got the cheaper chip with feature seem like matrix and you can activate in the configuration menu, only cannot update the fw provided by matrix team..

hi everyone.

Recently i bought PS2 (slim) at one place, and after 2 month it quit working to play all the games (pasar malam) and DVD (also pasar malam) . It can only play Audio CD.

Can anyone of you PS2 guru's help me? i long to play all the games i love. what was wrong with my PS2? is it 'kong'?

Hi there, i have PSP memory card which cannot be formated in PSP but in PC working fine. What's worng?
When format in PSP it shows this erorr code

Can i ask why i failed to set my wallpaper in the center of my psp? It's like everything look stretch. I have no problem set the wallpaper in the center position before. But it's all stretch now. Why is that? Is it because i've modified my flash 0 files? Btw i only replaced the system_bg_rco file and bmp file..... Can somebody tell me what's wrong ? sad.gif

You're setting the wallpaper from the 'Photo' menu?

Check whether your photo that being used as the wallpaper is not 'ZOOM-INed' when set as wallpaper. Zoom-out the image file, meaning at 100% zoom, then only set it as wallpaper.

I set it in the photo menu. But before no problem oso. By now Even if i zoom out to 10% the photo still stretch. Ninja, could it be flash 0 problem after i replace the 2 files? Coz it's been a long time i didn't set up my wallpapers. So i have no idea when the problem exist....

need help.
My old playstation (fat model) can't run any new games. well, depends. some will and some won't. forget about any dual-layers, those things won't run at all. Some would run only after resetting the thing several times. Any games prior to 2006 can be played without any hitch. but I'm missing out on the recent releases, and i'm gonna kick some life into this thing before i move on to the next gen consoles.

anyone here doing repairs? just pm me the estimated price and prolly i could send it to you.

sound like your modchip is very old or your lens is weakening .
some old modchip can't read dvd9 (dual layer )
btw what is your ps2 version scph XXXXX see at back of your ps2 .
