To be honest, i wanted to join, but the fact yg dia ada fee, terus turn off.internet should be free...knowledge shoul be free, and im not the type to go for tt sessions, i barely have time for my wife,let alone forumers.
I wished the clubs are a bit more open, or at least open the forums. Dont get e wrong, i have no issue with the amount of the fees, just the reasons...

like i said its up to personal opinion...yes me too currently have less and less time to lepak and tt with fellow forumers but doesnt mean i totally stop lepak etc...once a month if i went back to hometown would surely pay them a visit...for what? i believe i owe those frens a lot...car broke down on the chinese new years eve on the way back to seremban at klia route, they came for me and towed the car back...crankshaft broken in seremban twice, the same ppl lend their hand...ecu burnt, some fellas collect donations...and yes bro that's the benefits i've got for the small fees that i've paid...banyak lg simple example especially when it comes to me and my car nak type semua sampai esok x habis wooo...

but still yes some ppl fight for free knowledge well u can get it of course through free community like here...i do believe some ppl asked questions and got loads of junk replies before they get the real answer so suit yourself...at least in g2c since i've become the admin i made sure all technical sections are being replied with less spam and junks so that it could benefit the members...in here i do reply some technical inquiries but follow my mood also la...sometime i oso malas nak type panjang2 better lepak and have tt and can sembang and share knowledge better...

my 2sen share fo tonite...

meh aku tolong jawapkan napa forum g2c berbayar...before this tak ramai join so bandwidth free forum takde hal...after tu,ramai dah join so tuka pi semi dedicated server...tu pun abam azmi yg sponsor...pas dia turun takhta,dia still tolong handle payment server (sape sanggup,aku salute)...pastu traffic dah terlampau byk,tu yg kena amik dedicated server...tu yg kena start charge...bagi aku 50 is a small amount...bahagi 12 tgk sebulan baru brape jer...50 is a small amount for the friendship,skill mishift masuk gear,jumpa kawan baru atau teman hidup....dah 6 tahun aku join g2c...mmg pengalaman terbaek...abam jenal dulu pun jenis malu2 sipu...dalam forum mulut cam naharom jer padahal depan2 mmg suwit...nak kawen pun kena bayar beribu2,nih join club 50 jer pun...

as i said, its not the amount. its the principle of the matter. if i need to seek some specific info on the car, i have no access to a forum. where else, almost everything else on the internet is accessible over the net.
most of these paid forums even limit accessibility of the public to the threads. to me, the moment the forum limits public access, the forum becomes stingy in sharing the knowledge. and that ... sucks.

some people are like me. i dont agree to convoys, i dont have time for tt sessions,( i rather tt session with my best mates, on most days , put in almost 2 mandays, juggling 2-3 jobs,on some days, its working 36 hours straight. so. what ever day or weekend that i have, i rather spend it with my wife, my family and my best friends. )
i just want access to the forum to read what you shared. if anyone else faced the same issues i have.

to me ; paid forums are like the BN goverment; BN goverment thinks its ok for them to withheld the oil royalty payment to kelantan, just because the kelanantan people decided not to join the 'club' , they forgot that the oil royalty is the peoples right.

just like that, paid forums are limiting the public access to the knowledge within. mostly the knowledge comes from user experience, some are those who are actually subject matter experts .
but all this knowledge should be accessible to the public. if the person wants to post, then the person should be a member. ni nak access thread anonymously pun xleh. ( im not sure which forum it was, but it was gen2 specific and the number of open threads was very very limited.so that turned me away from all these gen2 forums. )

i know , i risk alienating myself now because the 'otai2' of this thread are all from the paid forums.
