Race formula is an automotive foam that employs a two part Catalytic-curing formula that will expand and harden to a super lightweight closed cell , semi rigid structural foam. It is use on certain part of the car to reinforce and improve traction of the tyres.

foamed the undercarriage and side sills of my viva and the result was fantastic.. thumbup.gif better handling i can say, because the foam in the sills cure faster than the undercarriage. no more senget-senget when cornering due to stock suspension.. haha.. road noises has been reduced quite much (or is it just my feeling?? haha).. now waiting for the undercarriage to cure completely, then i will go lenjan my car laa.. haha.. tongue.gif

thanx to bro kevin and friends.. really enjoy the 3 hours at ur shop.. will update later ya.. rclxms.gif

anyway, i think this is one of the best upgrade for ur ride, especially vivarians out there..

Thanks bro for the feedback. Definitely improved you chassis rigidity thus lesser body roll and flex . That is how it improve handling. For road noise reduction on the door sill, yes, its REAL . As the door sill is hollow, the tyres noise and road noise being "echo-ed" in the beams . After foaming it with our special race formula, not only improve handling but also reduce road noise. smile.gif

See you soon for sound proofing. biggrin.gif ehhe

Hi bro, can quote me a price for Myvi 1st Gen?? wanna do the undercarriage or maybe with A pillar together.

Tiny question: will this make the car weight more? cuz Myvi already underpowered i'm afraid more weights means shittier response from the engine. haha.. (sorry noob questions)

I've done door sill foam, wheel arch, floor panel, rear boot.
It's solely base on my personal experience and feelings so please dont ask me to prove anything.
I would say bro Kevin is a nice guy. Think he's looking for cheaper alternative for the consumers.
But there's saying 'you get what you pay for'.
I'm not saying that the product is bad/fake or Kevin is trying to con you. NO! I was well mentioned about the difference between the branded and local made.
But somehow, after the application, i have doubts. Of course do feel a difference of the car. But i could not say good or bad. You just can say 'there's difference'.
i did go back but things didnt improve.
i have to admit i consulted other shops.
But let's not compare other's products first.
Removing some Kevin's applications improve the situation.
It's not because the product is fake/bad.
That's my point.
He gave me what he said he would give me. No con case here. But might not be right for me.
Unless i know it's right, else i think i do have to pay more for the experienced and knowledgable.
And... i'm the fussy type... and this could just be an individual case.
