Comes in three variants namely the N series N45SF, N55SF, and N75SF, Asus want to spoil a special segment they choose this. Notebooks are specially designed by David Lewis is a metal-plated frame, shiny surfaces and elegant like a piano, and comes with a choice of three screen sizes of 14, 15.6, and 17.3 inches.

if u think the wrist rest is plastic, u never touch thinkpad ? rubber and plastic is different

Latest update : KongorJr called me just now. He said the asus service centre called him up just now. They tell him they format update driver update bios etc, and they try to play call of duty(dunno which one) and the graph didn't drop. They asked KongorJr to pick up his laptop on Monday. KongorJr said he will bring along the games and test it on the spot see if got problem or not. If still got problem he will request a 120W power brick and test it on the spot as well. I think we can only pray in the mean time.....

for what i think is the problem is still there. Coz we only face this problem when playing new games like acb, crysis and all. They only say call of duty, it can be modern warfare 1 or world at war, which i think is not intense to trigger the problem. KongorJr said he is going to bring the games along and install and test it on the spot.

guys, can N55SF users check the bios version? I just wanna confirm. Coz we N45SF users comes with default 209 bios. But the website for N55SF only provide 203. Could it be newer bios version causes this problem? Can N55SF users check it out?

Plactic anot, easy to test..use a magnet to feel it at all places you suspect its metal, then throw it on the floor..the way plastic & rubber crack is different...hehehhehe..just kidding...

Plastic OR Metal OR rubber, i am 100% sure N5 Series is Premium Quality..so worry not, guys....

Metal Design not always the toughtest & prettiest..(my Lenovo Y470 aint dat pretty)

Plastics not always softest...(Toughbook dun build with metal on the whole thing)

Rubber are sometimes elegant too (example: my Adidas Porsche Design shoe sole)...

the spec and all suppose to be the same right. If this is the case then even worst, N45SF with much more driver updates get more problem. doh.gif
