Capcom's Yoshinori Ono posted some notable updates on his Twitter account recently. He mentions that they're going to try and have Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v2012 out before the end of the year, previously Seth Killian had stated it would be out in the fall or winter time.

He also uses a phrase he's uttered in the past to relate that something is in the works — in this case a PC release of Street Fighter X Tekken, and lastly that there will be a beta phase of the SSF4 AE v2012 location tests in Japan. We just recently finished up the Alpha location tests on Sept. 4th.

I wonder how you guy determine a leaver or rage quitter?
They will deduct double Player point when they rage quit or leave the game half way.(rank match) <--- Sorry feel stupid when someone did it.
Now talk about Endless, I'll leave the room or I'll kick someone out of it when I feel lagging badly. <--- So, it's consider Sore loser as well?
not to mention when sometime people DC from the game

I think we don't mind so much on Endless Match.

As for ranked match, that's why you should PM kianweic. He keeps a private "watch list".

The first time the person leaves could be accidental (or bad connection), but if enough people face the same problem with ONE guy, obviously that guy is a problem (whether he's a rage quitter or he has to fix his connection).

From what I observe in Rank Match.
1 of the player lag out from the room, they point will remaining the same. (Lag out from the room: mean they still staying online)
The player who DC, Power off PC/ Console, Pull Plug (Not online anymore), they will get the point minus double.

Ok, the sore losers listed are people who will message you (in harsh language) after you beat them.

Although you can lodge a complain via GFWL, I put a list here so that forumers can avoid playing with the sore losers. (unless, if forumers are ok with harsh languages and etc, then by all means)
