I play a (very bad defensively) Seth nowadays, but can play Oni if you want practice too. smile.gif

Though if it's endless I'll normally just pick whatever character I feel like playing hehe

Demon Slash is actually quite easy (relatively speaking, compared to say, Yun stuff), but lag might make it difficult. Playing lagless, it's actually not too hard (as I experienced in the arcade sad.gif)

Delayed invincible anti-air iirc beats all versions of Demon Slash unfortunatley. The delay is there in case Oni uses the crossup version.

Sob.

Just block. Safest, since the start up frame too fast.

Or, if you're high-risk-taker, anti air! tongue.gif

Vs Blanka tips in general

- For meterless Blanka, it's safe to throw fireballs from 2/3rds screen distance or further
- Don't stay 2/3rds and 1/3rds distance; expect whiffed ball > throw or electricity mixup constantly.
- From half screen, do more jump back. If Blanka rolls forward, you can hit or it whiffs; if they roll up it whiffs. If they rainbow you can see it coming and FA.
- If you get knocked down, delay your invincible wakeup attack. Blankas tend to hop back and forth making your attack miss, but if you delay it a split second it'll autocorrect and hit their throw/electricity
- Try to make the Blanka walk towards you. The more he's walking, the less he's charging.

As THawk vs crossup
- Block. If they use a light/medium attack that hits a bit high, reversal throw.
- Dash out under.
- EX bird forward thingy (I dunno what you call it)

Not sure what other options he has though..

For me i have some problem with Vs THawk biggrin.gif. Tend to get grabbed very often. Especially when they are doing block strings to grab. Maybe its because i drop combos too much.
*
VS THawk
- Play a poking game
- Stay around 2/3rds screen range and DON'T THROW FIREBALLS. Just try to fake one out (ie do LP/LK) and if he jumps and tomahawks, you can hit him out of the air
- Stick to simple combos: any dropped combo can be reversal-thrown by Hawk
- Don't hit crossups too high. If he blocks, he can reversal throw you the moment you land
- If he starts to combo you and you block, start holding jump. If he throws, he misses and if you jumped up it's a free combo. If he did a frametrap you get hit and lose a bit of life but gain space.
- Another option is to backdash out (can't really counterattack much) or reversal invincible attack (best reward but highest risk)
- If you're one character space away, dash in and throw hehe (okay...not really recommended, but I like to do this just for fun against any grappler)

As a grappler main for most games, I can tell you, most grappler players actually laugh a bit inside when they get thrown... LoL.

I do it all the time, just for fun, especially if I play Cammy hehe.

I think I also have a recorded match where I did it repeatedly at an ICMY gathering.

EDIT: I have a 19" Viewsonic (1440 x 900), I play at 1366 x 768 windowed (I normally have articles or a comic in the background, if you see me wait a while to click Ready, it's because I'm reading something)

No, I mean use it to anti-Giefhand and anti-poke.

I'm not sure how invincible it is against throws, but I think it is slightly

If you're recording while playing, the spikes might be from the PC processing the video record while playing the game instead of the line.

Maybe.

Then it's a line issue. Probably you're dropping packets or whatever the term is (ie data not being sent over smoothly)
