First game, he lost one round then he left the session.

Okay fine, maybe he joined his friends endless match or something.

Second game he joined my game again and used Dhalsim. Play chicken , yoga fire and long punch the whole round. I managed to get a few hits in and won by timeout.

He left the game again.

You can Focus Attack his dive attacks, but be careful of cross ups

If he hits your front, you can focus attack him. if he hit your back , cancel it and throw him. If he do the air throw .. then ...

I don't know if my Blanka was flowchart, but I perfected a Flowchart Ken earlier.

This is my stupid blanka method:

1. Blanka Ball
2. If opponent near, spam electric

3. If opponent is down, try either:
3a. Backstep Roll to crossup him
3b. Surprise Forward behind them and Throw
3c. Jump Heavy Kick , Crouch Heavy Kick

4. If opponent jump, Up Ball
5. If opponent fireball, Beast Slide
6. ULTRA!

I think we don't mind so much on Endless Match.

As for ranked match, that's why you should PM kianweic. He keeps a private "watch list".

The first time the person leaves could be accidental (or bad connection), but if enough people face the same problem with ONE guy, obviously that guy is a problem (whether he's a rage quitter or he has to fix his connection).

Oh , you mean leaving the room BEFORE the match starts right ?

Like if you see red bar or yellow bar ?

I'm sure that's not a problem for most people.
