Average car loan rises by 40% to $85,000

The average car loan is getting bigger and it's all thanks to rising certificate of entitlement (COE) prices.
COE prices are now around $56,000 for cars up to 1,600cc and $76,000 for those above 1,600cc. The report said this was quadruple the rates as recently as three years ago.

soon a hdb and then in jb, going to retire my wife to take my kids in 5 year time to jb
then hit retirement age , sell the hdb and go back retire in ipoh
my worst case scenario, if dun hit the c-level in 5-7 years

strict HR deduct from this date, some deduct from your next salary, 20% for 1st pr year deduction do exist at some co
3. it take 3day for medical, and u already pr after the formalities, the card is 1 week after the formalities can take
