To those working mums that need to take care of family and cannot work on sat and sun, this is indeed an incentive to apply.
Dun think it is an "employment benefit" per se.

Average car loan rises by 40% to $85,000 shocking.gif

The average car loan is getting bigger and it's all thanks to rising certificate of entitlement (COE) prices.
COE prices are now around $56,000 for cars up to 1,600cc and $76,000 for those above 1,600cc. The report said this was quadruple the rates as recently as three years ago.

Hi guys, I would like to ask which is the fastest road to go to Tanjong Pagar from Johor Bahru using public transport.

I have 2 routes in mind:
1)CIQ and take MRT to Tanjong Pagar?
2)Bukit Indah buses to SG and to Tangong Pagar?

Or any other recommended ways?

After doing some research, I have came out with several routes.

Sutera Mall > Jurong East? (Have to take taxi to there - Around RM 5), Slower but cheaper
Bukit Indah > Jurong East? (Have to take taxi to there - Around RM 10) Faster but more expensive
Bukit Indah > Boonlay? (Longer distance to travel to Tanjong Pagar)
Larkin?
*
taxi ?? from jb straight to sg ?? rm 5-10 ?? stars:

soon a hdb and then in jb, going to retire my wife to take my kids in 5 year time to jb
then hit retirement age , sell the hdb and go back retire in ipoh
my worst case scenario, if dun hit the c-level in 5-7 years

QUOTE(totti 10 @ Nov 14 2011, 01:52 PM)
just wondering about PR application. I have 3 questions

1. Once i apply for PR how long usually it takes to get IPA?
(for my EP only took 1 day, is it going to be as fast?)

2. The 20% CPF deduction thing only starts after getting the IPA
or after you offically collected the SPR card?

3. If I already have an IPA for PR and I want to change job while waiting
for the card, do I have to apply for another EP or not?

Thanks
*
1. my collegaue recent application to approval, 2 weeks
2. officially not 20%, the deduction is progressive, and your pr start from the date u complete the formalities,
strict HR deduct from this date, some deduct from your next salary, 20% for 1st pr year deduction do exist at some co sweat.gif
3. it take 3day for medical, and u already pr after the formalities, the card is 1 week after the formalities can take
