that's the Ferrari 312P by maisto, release thru Shell petrol station a decade ago as a promotional item.. GMP also makes this car.

if you look properly.. the rear window has a magnet pulling thing with the body..
the front wind-screen is like a clip.. but the rear is held by magnet. i think its magnet, cuz when you put it close the body, it'll pull towards it.. n when i turn it upside down.. the roof won't come off..
